Armada fibre optic cables for shipboard, mobile and offshore applications offer excellent data transmission performance, mechanical and environmental properties. The Armada fibre optic range includes cables which are Low Smoke Zero Halogen without acid gas emission under fire conditions, they can be fire resistant and/or mud resistant and generally have mechanical protection such as mechanical protection such as galvanised steel wire armour. Marine Approved Fire Resistant versions are also available from stock, these types , QFCI are armoured as standard and available as with MUD resistant sheath.

Many of the cables in the range have third party testing and approvals from organisations such as DNL-GL.
